More than a decade of conflict
Since 2011, the Syrian people have suffered through a devastating civil war. Millions have lost their homes, families have been torn apart and entire cities destroyed.
The humanitarian situation continues to deteriorate: hospitals, schools and critical infrastructure have been destroyed. Access to clean water, food and medical care is severely limited for many people.
The economic crisis has made the situation even worse. Over 90% of the population lives below the poverty line, and the prices of basic food items have soared.

Our aid on the ground
Food aid
We provide families with food parcels that last for several weeks. This aid is vital, especially during the winter months.
Water supply
Clean drinking water is a luxury for many people in Syria. We distribute water and bread to local families in need.
Mobile aid
Our mobile teams also reach people in hard-to-access areas and distribute aid supplies directly on the ground.
7 million children need our help
Millions of Syrian children have known nothing but war and displacement. Many have endured traumatic experiences and urgently need support.
Access to education is severely limited for many children. Schools have been destroyed, and families cannot afford school fees.
