YOUR tent city in northern Gaza: The first families find shelter

We did it!
Where the need is greatest, hope is taking shape. With your support, World of Peace has built another tent city in northern Gaza, providing shelter for families who have lost everything to war and winter. The tents are up, paths have been laid – and the first families have already moved in. For people who have spent weeks without shelter, this means more than just canvas and poles. It is a safe place to sleep, protection from rain, wind and cold – and a chance to breathe amid the devastation.

Help where it is urgently needed
Northern Gaza has been particularly badly affected. Most homes have been destroyed, while makeshift shelters have been damaged by winter rain or become uninhabitable. Thousands of families, including many children and babies, are still living without a roof over their heads.
Thanks to a special permit, we were able to bring numerous tents, blankets and sleeping bags, as well as other relief supplies, into Gaza in record time and begin setting them up on site. Our team is working tirelessly to deliver your support directly to the people and provide as much relief as possible.

The work continues
With families now moving in, the next equally important step begins: building wells and sanitation facilities. Clean water and working toilets are essential to prevent disease and improve living conditions in the tent city over the long term.
Although the first families have now found shelter, many more people are still waiting for help. The tent city is growing, but it is far from complete. Every additional donation helps us put up more tents and give more families a safe place to stay.

Together, we can achieve great things – right where help is needed most.
