Winters in Gaza are cold too. During the war, people there have lost everything, been displaced and are fighting to survive.
The situation was already extremely difficult in summer, and it will become even harder in winter.
We want to bring warmth to the people of Gaza and are currently raising funds for tents and sleeping bags. A package consisting of one tent and 5 sleeping bags costs €550.
Together, let us bring warmth to the people of Gaza, and please remember the children in particular.

People injured
The children of Gaza are enduring the unimaginable. Many have lost their parents in the bombardment and are now completely alone amid the chaos of war.
Instead of sitting in a classroom and learning, they are fighting to survive.
But there is a glimmer of hope. Together with our local team, we have established an orphan fund to restore some hope to these abandoned children. With your support, they will not only receive monthly assistance for their most essential needs, but also the chance to return to school.

According to UNRWA, hospitals in the Gaza Strip have less than 24 hours' worth of fuel reserves left to maintain their power supply and ensure a minimum level of care for the sick and injured.
The civilian population is almost entirely cut off from essential supplies such as drinking water, food, medicine and electricity.
We are pleased to announce the establishment of our new health centre in Gaza: the World of Peace Medical Center. This centre will provide medical care to up to 500 internally displaced people every day and help as many as 18,000 people each month.

A school is currently being built for children in Gaza to give them a brighter, more hopeful future.
Our vision is to create a safe and inspiring place where the children of Gaza can learn, grow and pursue their dreams. This school will not only be a place of learning, but also a place of hope and community.
In a region facing so many challenges, our goal is to make a small but meaningful difference.
The situation in the densely populated Gaza Strip, home to around two million people, is extremely difficult. According to the World Bank, only 1% of the population has access to drinking water that meets WHO standards.
Severe overuse has caused seawater to seep into the groundwater for years, leading to salinisation. This causes more than 25% of all illnesses in Gaza, with over half of all children suffering from diarrhoeal diseases.
