The World of Peace e.V. Code of Conduct outlines the principles that guide our daily work – in our interactions with the people we help, our donors, employees, volunteers and partners.
Preamble
At World of Peace, people are at the heart of our work. Together with local partners and dedicated volunteers, we support people facing difficult circumstances, provide humanitarian aid and create sustainable opportunities for the future.
Our projects operate in more than 15 countries and diverse regions, under a wide range of conditions. We encounter many different cultural, social and societal contexts. This diversity is a strength of our work, but it also brings a special responsibility. To achieve our goals successfully and responsibly, we need clear values, transparent structures and respectful cooperation.
This Code of Conduct is the organisation's most important document. It provides the foundation for our shared goal of supporting people around the world, providing humanitarian aid and sustainably addressing the root causes of hardship and poverty.
Our work is built on trust. This trust comes from everyone involved acting responsibly – both within our organisation and in our collaboration with partners, supporters, service providers and local communities. Everyone involved in our projects helps preserve the credibility and good reputation of World of Peace.

If you have information about possible violations of this Code of Conduct or have been affected yourself, you can contact us confidentially. We carefully investigate every report while ensuring appropriate protection for those involved.
Scope
This Code of Conduct is binding for all employees, board members, volunteers and partners of World of Peace e.V.
